remix monday: favorite YELLE remixes

Yelle returns to DC this Wednesday, and what better way to celebrate than to dedicate Remix Monday to her?! These are my two favorite remixes of the french electro fairy who rocks so many of us. The remixers, The Twelves and Madeon, are two of my favorites at what they do: quality disco/electro. GREAT stuff. I cannot wait to see her in two days! Dancing imminent.

FRESH: 2 new MAJR edits (incl. alphabeat)

Here are a couple great edits I did in the last few days. These songs were great in and of themselves, but just had to be tweaked not to bore the hell out of a dancefloor. I sped up and cut up the breakdown of Alphabeat, and basically cut out all the repetitive fluff to create more momentum on the Cerebral Vortex track. Check 'em out and tell me what you think.
